After generating documents, DocumentsCorePack (DCP) comes with various options to process them. Thus, DCP allows for simplifying and streamlining all your business processes where documents are required.
Note: The options listed below can be utilized in various elements of the Microsoft Power Platform:

Document processing & delivery options
Output format:
You have the option to set specific file types for documents and images.
- Supported document formats: docx, pdf, doc, xps, txt, html, epub
- Supported Image formats: png, jpeg, bmp
Attaching and mailing documents after creation
You have the option to attach documents to:
- An email as an e-mail attachment
- An email as e-mail content
- A Dynamics 365 record as a note
- An attachment to any activity-type table in your Dynamics 365 (example: letter)
Start an E-signature process
DocumentsCorePack integrates with three different e-Signature providers to automatically trigger e-signing processes when generating documents, such as contracts:
Printing documents
DCP allows configuring both local and cloud printers to be used to print documents once generated.

Save to SharePoint (SP)
DCP is fully integrated with SharePoint (SP). Next to saving generated documents to SP it also supports the creation of document locations and folders writing metadata to SP and more.

Concatenate documents

Run Flows, Workflows and Actions to execute custom logic
DCP allows you to execute Flows, Workflows and Actions right from the DCP Dialog. This enables customers to automatically execute their logic when a document gets created (example: send internal notifications, start an approval process,…).
- PowerAutomate: Call a flow from the dialog
- Workflows or Actions: Trigger Actions with the DCP dialog
