How to access mscrm-addons product settings in Dynamics 365

Learn here how to access the product settings in a Dynamics 365 environment.

Step 1: Open your Dynamics 365 and navigate to the ❶ settings wheel in the right top corner. Click on it and a selection will open. Select ❷ “Advanced Settings”.

Step 2: An overview opens. Just click on ❶ “Settings” as it is shown in Figure 2 and all settings are displayed. As you can see there is a column with the name ❷ “MSCRM-ADDONS” and there you can find all the products you have installed.

In this Dynamics 365 environment, DocumentsCorePack and AttachmentExtractor are installed. If you are interested in further “mscrm-addons”-products, visit our homepage or contact our sales team.
