DocumentsCorePack allows the storage of generated documents on SharePoint. This article explains the steps to take to enable Sharepoint within DocumentsCorePack for both, DocumentsCorePack Online-Services as well as On-Premise deployments of DocumentsCorePack.
Open the DocumentsCorePack Service Configuration (If you don´t know how to access the Configuration, find help here).
- Server2Server: Press the Setup SharePoint Connection button. A new login will be required, and it may take a few moments.
After the SharePoint Connection is set up, make sure that the Use CRM integrated SharePoint setting is enabled when the documents should be stored in the CRM integrated SharePoint. Otherwise, the documents will be stored as note attachments. See Figure below.
- App Access: First you have to register and create an Application User. Learn how to do this here.
- App Access (custom): This article provides you with all the necessary information about how to activate a SharePoint connection for a customized App Access.
OnPremise-installation of DocumentsCorePack:
In Dynamics 365, navigate to DocumentsCorePack-settings and click on the General Settings tab. Make sure that a SharePoint user is specified.
