How to use a default web browser instead of Internet Explorer in TelephoneIntegration Client

1237 views 1 Updated on July 26, 2022

This short blog article explains how to use the TelephoneIntegration (TI) Client for Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a default web browser instead of Internet Explorer (IE).

How to open TelephoneIntegration with your default web browser instead of IE

Generally, the TelephoneIntegration Client opens CRM records only in the Internet Explorer web browser. You can change this situation when you set the SettingsKey. When the “Name” input-field appears please enter “UseDefaultBrowserOnly” and set the KeyValue to “True” then the TI Client will pop up CRM records in the default browser.

That´s it! We appreciate your feedback! Please share your thoughts by sending an e-mail to support@mscrm-addons.com
