Quote
This Quote template functions similarly to “Invoice sample,” showcasing both the Join Table and Condition fields, this time in the context of a quote. Our watermark removal feature is implemented into this template as well.

Contact Welcome Letter
This template is based on the Contact entity. It contains a simple letter that addresses a new customer. This template uses our aggregation feature like the “Account Sales Report” template, but in a different context. Additionally, the Hyperlink feature is also used.

NDA Contract
This template contains a mock NDA (or Non-Disclosure Agreement) and is based on the Contact entity. The purpose of this template is to highlight the use of our DocuSign integration, which is shown via our signature fields.

Sales Report
This template acts as a sales report template for an account and is thus based on the Account entity. It gives an overview of the basic sales entities (Opportunity, Quote, and Invoice), listing each item from each entity’s respective table. This template serves primarily to acclimate the user with DocumentsCorePack’s standard dynamic relationship tables but also showcases our table aggregation feature.

Lead First Contact
This template is based on the Lead entity. This template has a contact person reaching out to a customer. Our Condition and Hyperlink fields are used together to dynamically remove or add a hyperlink to a phone number, depending on if the phone number is available or not.
