Template Selection Column Configuration: Allows defining the columns that are seen in the Open- and Save-dialogs on the Server or the Client. <DCP:OpenTemplateDialogProperties>
Therefore, open your Dynamics 365 and navigate to your DocumentsCorePack in the “MSCRM-ADDONS”-column.

The DCP Server-based window opens. Navigate to ❶ “General Settings” and “Add Setting” in the ❷ “TemplateSelection Column Configuration”-line.
Now you can change the settings by pressing the [Change]-button.
The „Template Selection Column Configuration“ opens. Now you can choose the columns you want to see in Open- and Save-dialogs on the Server or the Client. Tick for a “Display Name” of your choice then press the [Ok]-button.
Please note: The default settings are overwritten. Only the selected column configurations are displayed.

Don’t forget to save your changes.
If you press the [Active]-button, you get an overview of your configuration.

Please note: If the new key is intended for a client application, you need to restart the Client application. Otherwise, the setting will not be applied to the Client. How to restart the Client application properly please click here.
Now open your Microsoft Word, navigate to the “www.mscrm-addons.com” and press “Open Template”.

You can see the changes on the server side as well.
