This article outlines, how to use the most common actions of the DocumentsCorePack Premium Connector.
Open your flow or create a new one, to be able to use the DocumentsCorePack Connector. Add a new step and search for the DocumentsCorePack Connector.

After you’ve selected the DocumentsCorePack Connector, you will see a list of actions. The most used ones are the following:
Create Document Job (sync)
Create Document Job (async)
Attach DocumentJob to email
Concatenate two Document Jobs
Attach DocumentJob as note
Print DocumentJob

❶ TemplateId: Select the template for this document job.
❷ EntityId: Select a Dynamics 365 source record id.
❸ FileType: Select a Filetype.
❹ TimeOut: The maximum, in seconds, the DCP will wait for the Result.
❺ UserId: Provide a specific user for the document generation.
❻ SaveToSharePoint: Change to yes if you want to save the result to Sharepoint.
❼ DCPPrinterName: Define a DCP Printer.
❽ DeactivateOnTimeout: Deactivates the generation process if the ❹timeout is reached.

❶ First DocumentJob: Select the JobID of the first document that you want to concatenate.

❸ CombineType: Choose from one of the combine-types to change the way the documents get connected.
❹ OutputFileType: Select the wanted file type for your output document.
❺ DeactivateOnTimeout: Deactivates the process if the timeout is reached.
❻ UserId: Provide a specific user for the process

❶ DocumentJobId: Select the DocumentJob, which should be saved as a note.
❷ Entity id: Enter a Dynamics 365 record id.
❸ Schemaname: Provide the matching entity for the ❷ entered record.
❹ Note description: The description of the note record can be set.
