Upload Annotations through Blocked Upload

Starting with DocumentsCorePack version 2020.169, annotations will be uploaded through Microsoft’s “Blocked Upload” mechanics, allowing large attachments to be saved reliably. This is the new standard method of upload.

To opt out of this upload, you must create a new SettingsKey for Automerge called

UploadNotesChunked

with a value of

false
