What is “documents incl. per month”

1316 views 2 Updated on July 25, 2022

Documents are crucial in every Dynamics 365 implementation. Whether you need to send sales or service documents, internal reports, or contracts for signing, DocumentsCorePack will help you streamline and simplify your document requirements.

“Documents incl. Per month” describes that the monthly package contains a certain number of documents, depending on your product package decision.

If you generate documents in your Dynamics 365, please pay attention to what is counted as a document. This may influence the kind of package you are deciding for.

Let´s start with actions in document generation, which are counted:

  • When you create a document
  • When you print a document
  • Multipart documents*
  • When you create a SharePoint location and
  • When you create label templates

*Please Note: Multipart documents consist of several combined documents and each document is counted individually!

The following actions are not counted towards your document limit:

  • When you attach a document to an entity
  • When you Sign a Document (Adobe Sign, Assure Sign)
  • When you delete the temp records and
  • Sending an E-Mail

This overview should show you, how documents are counted in your Dynamics 365. Please make sure to include this information in your product package decision.

That’s it! We appreciate your feedback! Please share your thoughts by sending an email to support@mscrm-addons.com.
