What is new: The bug is solved and now the user can open a selected template in Dynamics 365 (highlighted in yellow)
User impact: DocumentsCorePack Settings general user can select a “(None)” DefaultApp (see Figure 2).

What is new: A digits validation is added to prevent users to enter digits at the beginning of the prompt name.
User impact: A “Pop up”-dialog will be shown and the digits will be removed (see Figure 3).

What is new: A new notification is added and will be shown, if the user has not enough security roles to use the DocumenntsCorePack.
User Impact: If a user with not enough security roles wants to use the DCP, this message text appears: “Check if the current user has all security roles to access CRM data!”
What is new: If the column compare is selected, then the value will be displayed in angel brackets like this “<…>”
User Impact: User will see a selected column compare value as in the following example:

What is new: The drop-down list is improved.
User Impact: DocumentsCorePack Settings “General“-User can select an “(none)” DefaultApp (see Figure 5).

Bugfixes:
Overview: If DefaultApp was selected in the DocumentsCorePack-settings, Users could not open a template in Dynamics via the “Open Template”-dialog.
User impact: The user could not unselect DefaultApp (make it “none”)
Overview: When the user enters the name for the prompt, it was allowed to enter digits in front of the name.
User impact: Due to the digits in front of the name, the user could not merge a template in Dynamics 365.
Overview: Group was hidden after renaming a template in the Open/Save Template dialog and the user couldn´t see the group.
User Impact: After resolving the Bug is not happening anymore. If the group is hidden, the user has to create a new group and add again their templates.
Overview: Column compare was not displayed in the description
User Impact: User could not see a value which he/she selected
Overview: It was not possible to select an empty value in the DefaultApp setting.
User Impact: User could not select an empty value in the DefaultApp setting
Overview: The quote character <‘> in the compare value field got duplicated when the condition was edited. As a result, the compare value with the duplicated quote character doesn’t match anymore and the condition would not get true for the specific case.
User Impact: When editing the condition the quote doesn’t get duplicated anymore.
Overview: The “Static Document” table cell issue. When inserting a “Static Document“-field into a table it can happen that the result document gets corrupt or the content of the “Static Document” is not added to the result document.
User Impact: The content gets properly added without the new line
Overview: The option “External Image” in the “Picture Field“-dialog was
not set when using a field from the standard (document) query.
As a result, the image wasn’t loaded from SharePoint.
User Impact: The “External Image” option can be set in the standard query.
Overview: When a document was loaded from the SharePoint subsite A
and then should be saved to SharePoint subsite b, it resulted in an “Access denied“-error.
User Impact: A document can now be loaded from and saved to different SharePoint subsites/contexts.
Overview: “CoverLetter“-tab was not displaying in certain situations
User Impact: Is minimal (only legacy user)
Overview: The number of months in a calculation wouldn’t be calculated correctly.
User Impact: Now the calculation is correctly
Overview: On some languages (e.g. HU) we would not recognize existing SharePoint libraries correctly if the location name included characters, where upper & lowercase of that character is not invariant (CK)
User Impact: New folders with lowercase names would be created for already existing SharePoint locations
