Open new case for unrecognized incoming calls: If you want a new case to be opened by every incoming call then you need to modify the registry key in
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\PTM EDV-Systeme\TelephoneIntegrationclient2011
key = value (The key value is extended from just “account“, “contact” or “lead” to “incident“)
unknownCallerEntity = incident (The entity name “incident” stands for “Case entity“)
As a result of this key a new Case record is opened and the incoming phone number is displayed in the “new_phonenumber” field.
