Save document toSharpoint/Blobstorage: This feature offers the possibility to save a document directly to Sharepoint or Blobstorage without attaching the document as a note to a User/Temp record in CRM. (AV)
New AutoMergeWorkingItem field “Save Note in CRM” (ptm_savetotemprecord) must be set to “No.”
Sharepoint or Blobstorage URL must be specified.
Document Name OCA/Multipart: The filename for a Multipart document can now be specified in the Template Settings of any template, no matter where they are in the queue. Previously, the template that contained the filename for the final document had to be the first one.
The filename will be taken from the first document in the queue that contains a filename. If multiple documents contain a filename, it will be taken from the first template in the queue.
Added translations to the Inspection feature. (AF)
Non-pwd synced AD via AAD: Support for non-password synced ActiveDirectory via AzureActiveDirectory is now available. This feature requires two new registry keys to be added in the Registry Editor (OnPremise installations only). (CK)
These registry keys are “WaitForCodeParam” and “EnforceMFA“. Both keys would need to be set to “true”.
The registry keys would need to be added under the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PTM EDV-Systeme
BugFixes:
Improved the exception handling for the DocumentsCorePack Marketing PlugIn. (AV)
DCP Dialog: Fixed an issue in the DCP Dialog where clicking the Edit button when another document with the same name is present in a SharePoint Subfolder would open the wrong document.
Inspections: Fixed an issue where a result document would not generate properly if an Inspection template contained empty pages. (AF)
DocumentsCorePack Config: When the user configured a SharePoint URL in the DocumentsCorePack Config, the Multipart was saved correctly in the background. However, when opening the Template Settings again, no Multiparts were shown. This has been fixed. (SS)
