This blog article outlines how to work with relationship in PowerAddons Template Designer. With Relationship Manager, you can quickly navigate and select the relevant relationships that connect different data entities. Time is saved in searching and link data manually, as the pre-built relationships in PowerAddons are already established and ready to use. This feature is useful for complex data structures where multiple entities are interconnected.

How to add a predefined relationship

Predefined templates make the creation process streamlined and faster. The templates will have the fields required for example to create a quote. This eliminates the need to manually generate a new template for each quote and saves alot of time.

Step 1: Create a template

Click ❶ Add Relationship/ Entity on your PowerAddons.

A key feature of the Relationship/ Entity is the inclusion of predefined relationships, including 1:N (one-to-many) and N:N (many-to-many) relationships.”We just have to select the field relevant to our requirement.

❷ Select the required relation -> ❸Add relationship

You can now select the fields and add to the presentation.

Insert Table Field in PowerAddons  

There are two different ways in which you can add the fields.

❶ Repeating Slide: This option places the selected field on the same slide. Like shown in figure4.
