This blog article outlines how to work with the Relationship Manager in the PowerAddons Template Designer. With the Relationship Manager, you can quickly navigate to and select the relevant relationships that connect different data entities. This feature is useful for complex data structures where multiple entities are interconnected, and overall helps simplify the process for users and saves them time.

How to add a relationship
Relationships map data from records related to your starting table (entity). This allows you to create templates that pull data from related records, making your documents more dynamic and comprehensive.
To add a relationship, open the PowerAddons Template Designer, then to Relationships, and select ❶ Add Relationship/ Entity.
A key feature of the Relationship/Entity is the inclusion of predefined relationships, including 1:N (one-to-many) and N: N (many-to-many) relationships. This means you can link a single record to multiple related records, or link multiple records to multiple related records. You can do this by selecting the field relevant to your requirements.
❷ Select the required relation -> ❸Add relationship
You can now select individual fields from the related records to add to the presentation.
Insert Table Field in PowerAddons
There are two different ways to add the fields.
❶ Repeating Slide: This option places the selected fields on the same slide, as shown in Figure 4.
