The Analyze Template Option will be executed automatically before you save a template back in your Dynamcis 365 system with the latest version of the DocumentsCorePack Client (9.37 or higher).
The warnings are just information and not actual errors. False-positive can occur but can be simply ignored.
You can turn off this feature by disabling this functionality. You can find the description of how to disable it here.
