Issue: Multifactor authentication (MFA) emails containing your verification codes are sent from DoNotReply@mfa.mscrm-addons.com. Depending on your email security and anti-spam settings, these messages may be delayed, routed to the junk folder, or blocked before reaching your inbox.
Currently affected:
- Login process to www.mscrm-addons.com, that relies on MFA from Email
- Registration process on www.mscrm-addons.com, which requires MFA from Email
Administration guide for Microsoft 365 Defender:
- Login to https://security.microsoft.com as a Security Administrator or Global Administrator
- Select Email & Collaboration -> Policies & rules -> Threat policies -> Anti spam
- Open your Anti-spam inbound policy (Default) or custom policy that is affecting your users
- Click Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains
- Under Allowed senders, click Manage senders → + Add senders.
- Enter the blocked email:
DoNotReply@mfa.mscrm-addons.com - Click Add senders, then Done and Save
