We will hold an ISV session (Feb 5, 11:45-12:15) providing a short overview of our addons, focusing on TelephoneIntegration and DocumentsCorePack/AutoMerge. We will especially present the new TelephoneIntegration-features “Lync Chat Integration” and “Predictive Dialer”. Furthermore, we will take a look into DocumentsCorePack providing extended possibilities and new features to easily generate complex documents with data from CRM. Also, AutoMerge which enables to generate and process DocumentsCorePack documents automatically via a workflow or in a one-click-scenario via dialogs will be a core theme.
