DocumentsCorePack – How to install license with subscription number/ID

1665 views 0 Updated on July 26, 2022

After your request, you get an e-mail (like in Figure 1) from the MSCRM-ADDONS-support including the license number/ID.

Figure 1: Support E-mail with Subscription Number/ID

Once you get the e-mail from the MSCRM-ADDONS-support with a license number/ID for subscription, navigate in your Dynamics 365 to the corresponding product and open it. If you are not sure, how to access the product settings, have a look in this article first.

The “Getting Started with DocumentsCorePack”-page is shown. Navigate to the “License Server“-tab. You can see that your license is expired. Please press the [Install license]–button.

Figure 2: License information, that license is expired

The “Install License”-window pops up (see Figure 3). In the bottom area, there is a highlighted field for the subscription number/ID you received with the e-mail from the MSCRM-Support earlier. Enter this number/ID and press the [OK]-button.

After the install process you can notice the changes:

  • The LicenseState-line shows the value “valid”
  • The LicenseValue in the Expiration-line says “Never”
  • The ticks are green

That’s it! We appreciate your feedback! Please share your thoughts by sending an email to support@mscrm-addons.com.
