Directions North America 2026 in Orlando, Florida was a bit of a milestone for us.
It was our first time at a purely Business Central-focused conference and that alone made it stand out. No broad Dynamics mix, no distractions, just BC, partners, and a very clear shared focus. And honestly, you could feel the difference right away.
From day one, the event felt well organized and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the atmosphere. It didn’t feel overly corporate or sales-heavy. More like a tight-knit ecosystem where people actually want to exchange ideas and experiences.
With around 1,200 attendees, it hit a sweet spot. Big enough to matter, small enough to have real conversations.

We had steady, high-quality traffic throughout the event and ended up connecting with a lot of interested attendees. More importantly, many of those conversations went beyond surface level. A lot of visitors were curious, open, and very specific about their needs, which made discussions far more valuable than just quick pitches.
For a first-time, BC-only event experience, this one set the bar high. The focused audience made every conversation more relevant, the community aspect felt real, and the feedback we got, especially on DocumentsCorePack, was incredibly valuable.
We’re already looking forward to the next one.
