SharePoint ErrorMessage: No part of the path in DocumentsCorePack

773 views 0 Updated on December 18, 2022

If you receive the following error message while saving a document to SharePoint, it means that DocumentsCorePack (DCP) failed to generate the document:

ERROR:|CHECKLICENSE|SUCCEEDED|newAutoMerge|StartMerge|ErrorMessage:No part of the path

This error usually occurs because of missing or false SharePoint user credentials/rights. It is mandatory that you have administrative access to SharePoint if you want to correct this error.

If you need the OnPremise instructions, please refer to this article.

Step 1: Navigate to www.mscrm-addons.com, log in with your credentials and access My Account > my cloud services.

Step 2: The DCP configuration is shown. Mark the service and click ❶ Configure Service.

DCP Service Configuration window.

Step 3: Open the Connection Profile and check if the username and password are correct, as well as if the user has administrative access to the configured SharePoint.

Check credentials for the Connection Profile.

Step 4: If you can log in, click Save Service and try it again.

That’s it! We appreciate your feedback! Please share your thoughts by sending an email to support@mscrm-addons.com.
