Claim a DocumentsCorePack Template Designer (per user) license

2039 views 0 Updated on June 30, 2026

This blog article outlines how you can claim a DocumentsCorePack Template Designer (per user) license.

If you are using the DocumetnsCorePack Template Designer for DocumentsCorePack ServerBased or if you are using the DocumentsCorePack Client with a per user license you might receive the following pop-up:

Figure 1: “Access Denied” License Message

This ❶ “accessDenied” message indicates that your user does not have a license applied and cannot use the Template Designer. However, as long as there are enough available user licenses, you can claim a license via the “Claim License” button ❷ at the bottom right corner. This option is only visible if a per user license is available. For any other license type, this option will not be available.

If the claiming process is successful, you will be ❶ prompted as shown below.

Afterwards, the license information window will be ❶ updated to reflect the number of user licenses currently in use.

Once the license has been claimed, please ❷ close the dialog.

NOTE: If you do not have this option or if you are not sure if you should claim yourself a license, please get in touch with your CRM Administrator.
