mscrm-addons for Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Version Number Guide

This article outlines where to find the version number for each mscrm-addons product.

ActivityTools

ActivityTools, DocumentsCorePack, PowerSearch and SmartBar

For these four solutions, there is a simple way to find the current version number:  Open your Microsoft Dynamics 365 and navigate to Settings.  When you go to Products, you´ll see these four solutions. Select the one you want and you will be provided with the Getting Started window, which contains the version number (see figure 1 – highlighted in yellow). The below example shows the ActivityTools version number, but this way also applies to DocumentsCorePack, PowerSearch and SmartBar.

AttachmentExtractor

If you use the Online version, you don´t need to provide the version number because our support is well aware of it.

For the OnPremise version just follow the next steps.  ​Please look for AttachmentExtractor Installation in the StartPanel.


Search for the AttachmentExtractor Configuration

Now the following window appears. It shows the AttachmentExtractor version number (highlighted in yellow) for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

DocumentsCorePack TemplateDesigner

DocumentsCorePack TemplateDesigner

To verify the current DocumentsCorePack TemplateDesigner version number, start MS Word, navigate to the www.mscrm-addon.com-tab and click on the [DocumentsCorePack Settings]-button.

In the settings window select the About-tab, where the version number is displayed (highlighted).

GroupCalendar

GroupCalendar

To verify the current GroupCalendar (GC) version number for Microsoft Dynamics 365, open GroupCalendar and click on Settings on the right side (see highlighted below in yellow). The version number is displayed in the window that opens now in the right upper corner (also highlighted in yellow).

TelephoneIntegration Server

TelephoneIntegration Server

To verify the current TelephoneIntegration Server (TI Server) version number, start Configuration – TelephoneIntegration Server for MS Dyn 365 from the StartPanel.

The following window appears. It shows the TI Server version number (highlighted in yellow) for MS Dyn 365.

TelephoneIntegration Client

TelephoneIntegration Client

To verify the current TelephoneIntegration Client (TI Client) version number, click on the TelephoneIntegration-icon in the taskbar:

This action opens the TI Client balloon. The TelephoneIntegration Client version number can be found on the head of the balloon.
