Web License Manager shows empty Expiration Date (Subscription license)

671 views 0 Updated on November 7, 2023

This article is intended to describe what happens when the Expiration field of the Web License Manager is empty. This is valid for all subscription licenses

Exception: DocumentsCorePack, AttachmentExtractor when the service is hosted on our homepage, and GroupCalendar for Dynamics 365 Online.

The Expiration and Support fields are empty if the Subscription is active and the license has successfully retrieved from our system.

The expiration and support fields only hold information if the subscription has been canceled or if there are problems with the automatic update process. In this case, it is shown how many days the product continues to work.

To check the automatic update process, hit the “Check Scheduler” button. It provides further information.

As long as the fields for Expiration and Support are empty and the Status column is showing green ticks, the License is in order.
