DocumentsCorePack Charts Feature (Dynamics 365)

2166 views 1 Updated on July 26, 2022

This new feature allows you to display a graphical representation of data in your generated documents. When you open your Dynamics 365, there are different charts on the front page. Now you can import these charts in any document, or you also can create your own custom charts from scratch.

This feature is available for Dynamics 365 and Client version 10.7 or higher and Server version 2020.32 or higher.

You either can import already existing dynamics 365 charts into your template or you can create them from scratch in Word and map your Data.

How to import an existing chart is described in detail here:

How to create a chart from scratch is described step by step here:

  • How to create a template from scratch for you template

PLEASE NOTE: Charts in Word and Charts in Dynamics are of course two different visualizations so you might see differences, also when you import a chart from Dynamics.

This table gives you an overview of word charts that this feature currently supports.
