Different e-mail subjects and messages for DocuSign recipients

1786 views 2 Updated on June 15, 2023

This new feature allows you to set different e-mail subjects and messages for different DocuSign recipients. In the SignXml you can define the different subject and message for each recipient. This feature can currently only be used in the Dynamics 365 workflow when creating the AutoMergeWorkingItem.

Learn more about DocuSign here.

How it works

The SignXML needs to be set in the AutoMergeWorkingItem in the Name field of the Sign Document group.

Please note: The data field is tiny, so the entire content of this XML cannot be seen. Use for linebreaks: \n.

With this function, personalized e-mails can be for signing. Here is an example of the SignXML where recipient ❶ and recipient ❷ have different messages.
