Getting Started–Post AppSource Installation Steps on TelephoneIntegration

Thank you for deploying our MSCRM-ADDON TelephoneIntegration to your environment!

Still, there are a few brief steps that must be performed in order to finalize the setup.

1) Download the TelephoneIntegration Client
Please download and install the TelephoneIntegration Client from our Download Center.

This requires a quick and free registration to our Download Center.
If you are already registered, please simply login in order to download our solution.

2) Have a look at the TelephoneIntegration Client and User Guide
For more detailed information on the installation process, we highly recommend you to have a look
at the TelephoneIntegration Client Installation and User Guide on our website.

3) Assign the TelephoneIntegration Client security roles
Last but not least, please assign the following mandatory security role to your users:
> TelephoneIntegration Security Role
> MSCRM-ADDONS General Security Role
