Getting Started–Post AppSource Installation Steps on TelephoneIntegration

Thank you for installing our MSCRM-Addons TelephoneIntegration into your environment! 

To finalize the setup, please see the steps below. 

1) Download the TelephoneIntegration Client 
Download and install the TelephoneIntegration Client from our Download Center.  To access the Download Center, login with your user credentials.

2) Install the TelephoneIntegration Client 

Please walk through the installation steps for the TelephoneIntegration Client as shown in our Installation Guide.   

3) Assign the TelephoneIntegration Client security roles 

Lastly, assign the following security roles to your users in Dynamics 365: 

  • TelephoneIntegration Security Role 
  • MSCRM-ADDONS General Security Role
