How to check the existence or the value of a SettingsKey in MS Dynamics 365

638 views 3 Updated on October 14, 2024

Sometimes you may be asked to check the existence or the value of a new SettingsKey for one of our products (e.g., for troubleshooting of an issue or when having special configuratinos, etc.).

How to find a SettingsKey in MS CRM Dynamics 365

Open your Dynamics 365 and navigate in the settings to “Products” in the “mscrm-addons”-section.

You can see all your products listed. Open your product record for which you would like to check the existence or the value.

The product record contains a list of all active Settingskeys. Here you can check if a SettingsKey exist or you can check the value of it.
