This article is relevant for all who have ActivityTools installed on a Dynamics 365 Online (Dataverse) organization AND use the Reply/ReplyAll/Forward – email buttons (see figure below).
It is very likely that due to Dynamics 365 online (Dataverse) update 9.2.22083.x (and higher) the Reply/ReplyAll/Forward-buttons will stop to function.
For organizations in Europe this update has already been rolled out on Friday the 9th of September 2022.
For North America we expect the update will be rolled out one week later (16th of September 2022).

How to prevent or fix this problem:
If you already use the ActivityTools version 2020.15 you can ignore this article.
If not, this issue can be prevented/fixed thru the following 2 ways (follow either Solution A or B):
Solution A: Install ActivityTools version 2020.15
Update to the latest version of ActivityTools (2020.15). Find it here for download.
Just run the installer and connect to your Dynamics 365 Online organization or install the solutions manually.
Please note: The ActivityTools version 2020.15 works for all Dynamics 365 online versions. It can already be installed before the 9.2.22083 update is rolled out.

Solution B: Install hot fix solution only
!This way is ONLY possible if the ActivityTools version 2020.14 is currently installed!
Update the ActivityToolsPluginExtension solution version 2020.14.1 manually.

Please note: The ActivityToolsPluginExtension solution version 2020.14.1 works for all Dynamics 365 online versions. It can already be installed before the 9.2.22083 update is rolled out.
